Who Sends the Messages

PlateHaven sends these messages. PlateHaven is a direct online ordering service operated by TCC Solutions Group LLC, a California limited liability company (CA Entity No. B20260395844), and it is the business you consent to hear from. Every message begins with the PlateHaven name. The restaurant you ordered from is named inside the message only as the context of the order; it is not the sending party and does not receive your number for its own messaging.

Transactional Order Messages

If you opt in at checkout, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages about your order, including order confirmation, order status, and pickup/ready alerts.
